  • Our services are defined by three primary drivers:

    1. Quality beginnings through effective evaluation, code research and vision.

    Our project types are very complex and have users that have changing needs in an accelerated research and technology market.  What this means is there is no room for error in the start up of a project. Projects started correctly can hit accelerated schedule requirements when there is an effective and early understanding of the code, client needs and any other project constraints.

  • 2. Quality delivery and follow through until the project is complete.

    Once a project is started correctly, the next step is quality delivery and follow though the client and construction team can depend on.  We have developed an internal system of coordination to reduce errors and we have an doors wide open approach with our construction and engineering partners to coordinate, collaborate and ensure the full team is successful for the client.

    Great decisions are made when there is great information available.  In addition to our core team expertise, we are apart of a network and have available a wide range of subject matter experts to provide information and peer review ranging from complex code calculations to a full spectrum of engineering and construction expertise when needed for our team and clients.
