The background of WMA is as a professional architectural design firm focusing on the High Technology and Industrial markets in the private sector. The firm was incorporated on April 3, 1995, and located at 4600 North 12th Street, in Phoenix, Arizona. In the ensuing 25 years, WMA has had the opportunity to become involved in diverse project types that range from residential, governmental, educational, retail, hospitality, light medical, “Build-To-Suit” office, industrial and
manufacturing projects. We have an extensive knowledge of various construction materials and methods including cast-in-place concrete, masonry, steel, wood, pre-engineered, and modular buildings.
Our skill and expertise also include navigating very complicated city entitlement requirements, permitting review process and site planning due diligence for project and campus master planning and building programming.
